Though average sales price came in lower than average list price for closed sales in Redwood City this past week, there have been some encouraging signs that market activity is picking up. We hosted an open house on Sunday for a home we recently relisted, after pulling it off the market in 2018, and it got more traffic than it did during any open house in 2018. It's just anecdotal evidence for now, but it could be a sign that more buyers are returning to the fold.
