The potential for slow open houses over MLK weekend didn't deter many sellers from coming on the market last week, as 14 homes were listed for sale. With a total of 56 single-family homes for sale in Redwood City now, we already have more inventory than we had at any point in 2018 up until September. It's pretty clear now that Winter/early Spring will see a much different market from years past. Buyers will have more options and likely more leverage than they have had in quite some time.
