With just 10 new homes listed for sale last week, and 18 accepting offers - inventory dropped back down to 44. It is worth noting however, that we're just a couple hours into the work week and two homes have already been listed for sale. Father's Day could have had an adverse effect on the number of homes listed for sale last week, as the holiday likely would have thinned open house crowds. We'll look for things to pick back up this week.
Side note: With 44 single-family homes currently listed for sale in Redwood City, the average asking price is $2,046,863.
