Another strong showing of new listings last week brought our active inventory back up to 50 homes for sale. Of the 50 homes for sale, 31 have been on the market 2 weeks or fewer, and our average days on market of 10 further indicate that buyer activity is still strong. If inventory continues to climb throughout the summer, we'll be keeping an eye on DOM and sales to list ratio to see whether the increase in volume of homes for sale starts to significantly decrease competition among buyers.
