Our average sales numbers for last week should be taken lightly, as they only represent three total closed sales. Despite the small number of closed sales, the market is showing a considerable amount of activity. Thanks to another week of double digit new listings, we've maintained inventory in the 40's, and the matching 12 pending sales suggests buyers are still out in force. I'd like to see inventory continue to climb over the next couple of months to give buyers as much opportunity as possible. Once December rolls around, inventory typically dries up quick and it can take months for it to recover. Stay tuned!
