Ladies and Gentlemen - we are starting off the week for with over 40 homes for sale in Redwood City for just the 2nd time this year. That's now 3 out of the past 4 weeks that we've seen new listings in the double digits, allowing our inventory to climb to the highest it has been all year. Buyers should be vigilant about seeing homes quickly if something catches your eye during inventory surges like this. As we have seen countless times in the Redwood City real estate market this year, just when it looks like inventory is picking up steam, buyer activity picks up and brings it right back down.
If you see a new listing you like, don't wait for the open house. Call your Realtor and see if he can get you in to the property sooner.
