For the 2nd straight week, homes sold for less than their original list price in Redwood City. This is reflective of our slow close to 2018 more so than our current market conditions, as these are sales that went into contract last year. We won't know what kind of market we're dealing with in 2019 until we see some new homes listed for sale, and monitor how long they stay on the market, and how much buyer activity they get. However, there wasn't much in the way of new listings in the firs week of the new year. 2 of the 4 new listings were actually homes that were pulled off the market last year. Stay tuned.
