10/24/2018 - 10/30/2018

Redwood City isn't the only city seeing an influx of new listings lately - it's been happening across the peninsula.  And while we still haven't really seen it reflected in our weekly sales numbers yet, the market has definitely begun to adjust accordingly.  With about double the amount of homes for sale that we had just over a month ago, the sense of urgency for buyers is not the same.  If this continues, i would expect prices to be fairly stagnant through the rest of the year.  Look for sale to list ratio to fall closer to 1 as well.
