Over the past few weeks we are seeing our sales to list ratio getting closer to 1:1, with sales this week registering at just 2.9% over the average asking price. With our sudden influx in inventory, this is to be expected. With demand being spread over a much larger supply of homes for sale, we will start to see less of the multiple-offer bidding frenzy scenarios that kept our sales close to 10% over the list price for much of the year.
