7/1/2019 - 7/7/2019

The 4th of July week ended a streak of 15 straight weeks with 10+ new listings hitting the market.  But while sellers decided to wait out to holiday to list their homes, buyers stayed active, with 14 homes going into contract over that same time.  This allowed inventory to drop back down into the 50's, which we haven't seen in the past 12 weeks.  It is encouraging to see steady and persistent buyer activity, even through a holiday weekend.  

Meanwhile, our sales numbers weren't all that impressive.  Average sales prices actually came in under the average list price, with 5 of 9 closed sales coming in under their list.
