2/5/2018 - 2/11/2018

After an encouraging few weeks of inventory growth in January, things seem to have stalled out a bit.  Despite 14 new homes being listed for sale last week, a combination of quick sales and a few withdrawn listings kept our total inventory from seeing any net growth.  The good news is, new listings ARE hitting the market, they're just selling fast (nothing new to the Redwood City real estate market).   Of the 8 sales that closed last week, 3 weren't even on the market for a full week.  The takeaway? If a new listing catches your eye, get in to see it as soon as possible, review disclosures as soon as the sellers have them prepared, and be aware of when offers are being looked at (are they as they come, or is there an offer date set).
