5/30/2017 - 6/4/2017

Despite the short week (starting Tuesday because of the Monday holiday), inventory saw one of its largest jumps this year.  It helped that only 3 sales went pending, the fewest since the beginning of January.  Even with the big jump in inventory, I'll refrain from making any predictions of sustained growth, since every time it starts to look promising our supply goes the other direction. 

This is now the second time in a month that our average Price/SF numbers have eclipsed the $1,000 mark.  Just another example of the remarkable becoming routine in the Redwood City real estate market.
