6/24/2019 - 6/30/2019

A small sample size of closed sales skewed our statistics this past week, with prices registering much lower than our YTD average.  This has more to do with the size and condition of the 4 homes which sold, rather than any sort of market shift.  The average size of the 4 sold homes was just 1,220 square feet, which actually makes our $1,371,750 sales price quite impressive, easily registering over the $1,100/square foot mark.  

The stream of new listings slowed down just a bit, allowing sales to catch up with inventory.  Still, 13 new listings is a healthy weekly supply, keeping the market fresh and moving.
