2/19/2019 - 2/24/2019

This week's sales numbers were reminiscent of early 2018 numbers - an average sales price nearing $2 million, below 10 days on the market average, and a price per square foot ratio of over $1,000.  It's just one week, and while the market isn't close to returning to early 2018 form, things have been picking up a bit in Redwood City of late.  Average days on market have been steadily dropping for a while, and there has been a notable uptick in buyer activity at open houses over the past month or so.  In the meantime, after skyrocketing in late January, inventory has plateau'ed in February, which has likely helped things heat up, as more and more buyers come to the table in 2019.
