After falling at the end of 2018, average sales prices have been gradually climbing all year. This, despite a market which still feels fairly sluggish. Homes are still sitting on the market an average of nearly a month, though that number has dropped slightly since January. The demand for RWC real estate continues to drive prices up, but the sense of urgency among buyers that fueled rapid price growth for years seems to have dropped out of the picture.
