7/23/2018 - 7/29/2018

Our 7 closed sales last week registered just over their average list price, a departure from the the norm this year, which has seen sales come in regularly at 8-12% over list.  Still, at $1,201 per square foot it's hard to make the case for a slowdown.  If we see several weeks in a row of low sales to list ratios, then we can start discussing the possibility of our buyer pool thinning out and competition decreasing.  For now, this doesn't appear to be the case.
