Last week was a refreshing sight for buyers in Redwood City, as 24 single-family homes were listed for sale, bringing our inventory up above 50 for the first time in 2018. 24 new listings is also the largest such weekly total so far in 2018. Perhaps the upcoming end of the school year has prompted more families to list their home in preparation of a summertime move. Whatever the reason, buyers at several different price points suddenly have a plenty of homes to tour. The chart below shows the total number of homes available at different price points.
