The average list price for a home in Redwood City is back above $2 million, with only one of the 34 homes currently for sale in Redwood City listed under $1 million (it's listed at $995,000).
Our inventory is right on pace with 2017 levels, and has been for the past couple of months. Last year, we saw an inventory surge in late April - we'll see if history repeats itself this year. Stay tuned!
