Only 1 new home was listed for sale last week, and it sold in just 2 days. In addition, 3 homes went into contract, and a couple listings were cancelled, dropping our inventory total all the way down to 5. Last year, the week following Christmas left us with 10 single-family homes for sale, so the holiday chill is hitting our real estate market particularly hard this year. With any luck, we'll see some new listings hit the market next week, with the holidays coming to a close.
