10 sales closed at an average of $2,097,689 this past week, thanks in large part to 3 high end properties that closed for $3.2 million, 3.15 million, and 2.95 million respectively. New homes in Edgewood Park and Emerald Hills are now consistently clearing the $3 million mark, with Mt. Carmel not far behind that benchmark.
In other news, buyer activity is showing that it is right there to meet any increase in supply. More than twice as many listings became pending sales this week than last week, and the 14 new listings we saw hit the market last week was just enough to maintain our mid-30's inventory.
