7/3/2017 - 7/9/2017

As predicted, inventory recovered most of what was lost over the 4th of July weekend, bringing us back up to 34 single-family homes currently for sale in Redwood City.   The mid-30's have become the status quo inventory level for the Redwood City real estate market for most of Spring and Summer.  We'll see if that changes now that we're in the middle of summer vacation, and families look to move now before school starts back up.


This was an impressive week for our closed sales statistics.  In addition to recording another week with an average price per square foot over $1,000, sales also closed almost 12% over the list price in just 9 days on average.  Among this past week's list of closed sales was my listing at 315 E Street, a remodeled 3BD/2BA that sold for $1,517,500.  You can view a 3D walkthrough at: www.315EStreet.com
