13 homes were listed last week at an average of $1,268,996. If we were to use statistics from the month of June so far, we could predict that these 13 listings will be on the market for an average of 12 days, will sell for 7.9% over the list price (or $100,250 over), at $917 per square foot.
Homes continue to sell quick, at an average of just over $100,000 over the list price - indicating that competition remains strong in the Redwood City real estate market. This, of course, comes as little surprise given our persistently low inventory.
