18 new homes were listed for sale this past week - bringing us back over the 30 homes for sale mark. So far this year we haven't been able to string together back to back weeks with a high volume of new listings. Let's see if things bear out differently here in the early part of April.
Since the beginning of February, our average sales to list ratio has been jumping around 104-110%, one week even hitting 113%. Along with our low average days on market, this is an indicator that buyer competition has been strong for our limited supply of housing (no surprise there). Offers are coming in fast, and it is reflecting in our weekly market statistics.
