With last week's slight drop in inventory, we are actually almost even with inventory levels of this time last year. At the end of October '15 inventory peaked at 58 before dropping into the 30's by the end of November. We should see a similar decline this year leading up to Thanksgiving and through the holidays. For buyers, this next month while inventory is still relatively high could prove to be an opportune time to make your move. Once inventory tightens up for the holidays it might be several months before it picks back up.

Lowest Sale Price: $679,000 - 2 bed, 1 bath, 770 S/F home between Oak and Redwood on 1230 Sanchez Way
Highest P/SF: $1,087/SF at 120 Hudson Street
Lowest P/SF: $720/SF, which ALSO happens to be the highest sale price mentioned above.
