7/25/2016 - 7/31/2016

Our inventory of homes for sale dropped by 15 over the course of a week.  That's a bigger drop than what we saw over the 4th of July weekend.  This could have something to do with the fact that school is starting in a couple weeks, making it a less than ideal time for families to pack up and move.  It could also have something to do with sellers holding their homes back due to a perception that inventory was too high and open houses weren't getting enough traffic.  Whatever the reason, this is just one week, we'll keep an eye on inventory in the coming weeks to see if the trend continues.
