For the second straight week, our average price/SF is right around $1,000. An impressive streak, but one that I would be surprised to see continue with our inventory as high as it is.
80 seems to be the plateau point for this summer's inventory of homes for sale. Quite the contrast from last summer's high point of 45. The difference is reflected in our average days on the market. This summer, homes are sitting on the market for an average of close to 20 days, while last summer's homes sold at an average of around 13 days.
