Inventory might be tight right now, but what is out there is a decent representation of how diverse Redwood City's real estate market is.
At 3407 Jefferson Avenue, a petite 780 SF, 2 bed/1 bath home is listed at $779,000. And at the other end of the spectrum, a massive 4,500 SF, 4 bed/2 bath home on Don Court is asking nearly $3.5 million. In between those two listings, pretty much the entire price gamut is covered. There are 3 bed/1 bath homes in the $800,000-$1,000,000 range, 3 bed/2 baths in the low-mid 1 million range and a few larger homes in the high $1 million-low $2 million range. There are lots as small as 3,119 SF and as large as 18,455 SF.
Even in the slow early months of winter, Redwood City has something to offer homebuyers at a vast range of price points. So buyers, don't let the low inventory trick you into thinking there is nothing out there!
